These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pare Wine website and the purchase of products and services from Ashby Williams Wine PTY LTD (ABN 54 656 102 886), trading as Pare Wine ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or joining the Pare Wine Club, you agree to these terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser or recipient is under 18.
All deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt. Unattended delivery is not available for alcohol orders. If a signature cannot be obtained, the order will be returned to our carrier depot for collection or re-delivery.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price at the time of your order will apply to that order.
An order is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases where a product is no longer available or a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.
All wines are produced in small quantities. Stock availability is not guaranteed. If a wine you have ordered is no longer available after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or provide a refund.
Delivery is available to addresses within Australia. Our full shipping terms, including free shipping eligibility and delivery timeframes, are set out in our Shipping Policy.
We take care to ensure every bottle leaves us in perfect condition. If you receive a wine that is faulty — corked, damaged in transit, or otherwise defective — please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@parewine.com.au with details and, where possible, a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Wine is a perishable product and cannot be resold once it has left our possession.
By joining the Pare Wine Club, you agree to receive and pay for each scheduled shipment according to your selected tier until you cancel your membership.
Tasting bookings are by appointment only and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a tasting with reasonable notice. Tasting fees are refundable at our sole discretion.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Ashby Williams Wine PTY LTD or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pare Wine's liability for any claim arising from the purchase of products or use of this website is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
